David is a managing director in Citrin Cooperman’s Commercial Tax Services Practice and has more than three decades of experience in providing tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for businesses and individuals.

David provides tailored, high-quality tax and advisory services to clients in a wide range of industries, helping them achieve their financial goals. His extensive technical expertise and real-world corporate experience enable him to offer both strategic insight and practical solutions. David is committed to excellence and has built long-standing client relationships.

Previously, David was a partner at LitmanGerson Associates, LLP (LGA), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026. He began his career in the audit and tax departments of a major international accounting firm, gaining experience in both domestic and international taxation. David later served as tax director for a $400 million NYSE-listed company and led the tax group in the small business department of another major CPA firm.
