Jonathan is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice with more than 25 years of experience helping clients increase revenue and margins, transform business models and create lasting value. He offers guidance on growth and competitive strategies, mergers and acquisitions, innovation, supply chain transformation, negotiation and change management. He has worked with organizations across the Americas, Asia, Europe and Africa. His mergers and acquisitions experience covers the full transaction lifecycle, from target identification through integration and post-deal value creation.
Jonathan has led significant revenue and margin growth, established new corporate strategy and supply chain practices, and driven key acquisitions. Previously, he served as a national managing partner and global practice leader at a major advisory network, where he developed a global strategy and common taxonomy of consulting services and implemented processes for effective cross-border client service.
Jonathan was recognized by Consulting Magazine as a 2025 "Top Consultant for Excellence in Leadership." He has published articles in leading business and supply chain journals and has lectured at top business schools and military academies.
Jonathan’s pro bono work includes leading United Nations initiatives to develop joint ventures with the private sector, facilitating strategic planning for not-for-profits and designing negotiation training for U.S. military forces. He was also executive producer for “The Cat Rescuers,” an award-winning documentary.

Community Involvement
Alex teaches jewelry making classes at not-for-profit organizations with programs involving youth or individuals with developmental disabilities. She also volunteers as a jewelry workshop coordinator, and has assisted human service providers in developing jewelry programs that foster the artistic talents of individuals with disabilities.
Outside the Office
Alex lives in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts with her husband Scott and sons Max and Harrison. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, paddleboarding, scuba diving, fishing with her sons, and spending time with family and friends.
