ABOUT WESTBAY COMMUNITY ACTION: Westbay Community Action is a charitable organization serving the people of Kent County, Rhode Island through educating children, feeding seniors, and responding to any number of emergencies that can occur to an individual, single parent, or family. After the initial emergency response, Westbay's staff works diligently with clients to address the underlying cause of the crisis, to find a long-term solution.
