Experience
Adam Lazarus is an audit partner with more than 15 years of experience in the areas of audit, tax, and business consulting. He serves clients primarily in the real estate industry, including developers and operators.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Adam was a senior accountant at an accounting firm based in Washington, D.C.
Advising some of the nation’s most successful real estate owners and developers on their residential and commercial real estate projects, Adam provides a range of services in the areas of tax compliance, cash flow projections, budgeting, financing, and accounting-related matters.
For clients acquiring, managing, or selling properties, Adam advises on all aspects of deal structuring and sourcing. He also counsels clients on the full implications of their tax options and develops various strategies to help minimize their tax obligations.
