Amber is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Providence, RI office with over 11 years of experience. Amber works with clients in the not-for-profit and healthcare communities, particularly with human services, membership, skilled nursing, federally qualified health centers and health and human services sectors to provide financial statement audits and other services.
Amber has extensive experience with audits of not-for-profit organizations of all sizes, with a diverse range of important missions. She has experience in federal regulatory reporting and compliance requirements, including Uniform Guidance, HUD regulatory reporting, Uniform Financial Reporting, Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, and Federal Form 990. She is responsible for overseeing all engagement phases, including planning, fieldwork, and delivery. Amber works closely with her clients to provide them with a deeper understanding of their financial results, internal control matters, and upcoming changes in accounting and financial reporting.
