Andrew is a tax partner who helps ultra-high-net-worth individuals, multigenerational families, business owners, and fiduciaries on complex tax and wealth planning matters. His practice focuses on helping clients preserve, grow, and transfer wealth through integrated income tax, estate, trust, investment, and succession planning strategies.
Andrew counsels clients through significant liquidity events, business restructurings, trust and estate matters, charitable planning, real estate investments, and other sophisticated tax planning initiatives. He works closely with attorneys, investment advisers, trustees, executors, and family office professionals to develop coordinated solutions tailored to each family's objectives and circumstances.
Known for his practical approach and responsiveness, Andrew serves as a business insight resource to clients and their families, helping them navigate complex financial and tax decisions while coordinating planning across generations. In recognition of his work, Andrew was named to Forbes' 2026 "America's Best-In-State CPAs" list.
Previously, Andrew was a partner at Gatto, Pope & Walwick, LLP (GPW), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2025.
