Andrew M. Zwerman is a partner with an extensive background in all aspects of accounting, auditing, and sophisticated tax work in a variety of industries. These industries include camps, labor unions, employee benefit plans, restaurants-retail, construction, real estate, not-for-profits, high-net-worth individuals, financial services, medical services, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, and consulting.

Andrew has worked extensively and successfully with business owners providing customized guidance on the purchase and sale of their businesses, as well as assisting with obtaining additional financing. Andrew also has expertise in income and estate tax planning. Andrew is most passionate about his commitment to clients and ensures that the firm maintains the highest quality of work by understanding the business of each and every client he serves. He establishes high standards of morale and vision for the Firm and its employees.

Previously, Andrew was the partner-in-charge of the Wagner & Zwerman division of Gettry Marcus CPA, P.C., which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2023.
