Across his career, Tony has driven breakthrough results in sales, customer success, and go‑to‑market strategy. He has led teams responsible for triple digit revenue growth, major increases in new‑logo acquisition, and multi‑year achievement of Microsoft Business Applications targets. His leadership has contributed to multiple Microsoft Inner Circle honors—awarded to the top one percent of global partners—and repeated Partner of the Year finalist recognition for innovation in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Outside of his professional work, Tony is an active volunteer in the beach volleyball community, supporting organizations such as AVP America and the historic Laguna Open beach volleyball tournament.
