Brian is a partner at Citrin Cooperman and is based out of the firm’s Owings Mills, MD office. He has extensive experience in federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning for both businesses and individuals.

Brian has over 25 years of experience in tax consulting and managing the compliance work of large corporate returns with multistate operations. His expertise covers a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, retail, real estate, healthcare, and construction. He also has experience in tax planning and consulting for individuals, trusts, and multiple business entities, such as partnerships, limited liability companies (LLCs), and S corporations. Brian has enjoyed developing long-term relationships with his clients, where he is relied upon as a valuable resource, helping them achieve their business goals.

Previously, Brian was the lead partner in the Business Income Tax Practice at Clearview Group, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024.
