Brian Rabinovitz is a Business Development Executive in Citrin Cooperman's Woodland Hills, CA office. He has over 25 years of experience in public accounting with diverse industry concentrations including companies in e-commerce, technology, manufacturing, apparel, wholesale/retail, and entertainment and service industries.
Brian has experience assisting companies in audit, accounting, and tax areas (including deferred taxes). He has also provided various consulting services including due diligence, assisting with mergers and acquisitions activities, and helping companies obtain financing and capital through traditional and non-traditional means.
Brian has a passion of working with entrepreneurs and early stage companies and helping them grow their business and achieve their goals.
Previously, Brian was a principal at LGSH LLP, one of the largest, full-service accounting firms in San Fernando Valley, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2020.
