Carl is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Tax Practice and is based out of the firm’s Worcester office. He assists with mergers and acquisitions, sales of businesses, sophisticated tax planning, and estate and personal financial planning.
Carl dedicates himself to helping business owners conquer the unique challenges of successfully operating their businesses. Previously, Carl was a senior partner at S&G LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024. Carl was a founding partner of S&G, LLP and SG Wealth Management Group, LLC, as well as a principal with ROCG Shepherd & Goldstein Consulting Group, LLC.
