Caroline is an accounting and tax executive with more than two decades of experience driving growth and operational excellence across investment companies, family offices and professional services organizations. She has built and scaled an advisory practice using an offshore delivery model and integrated tech stack, and is known for developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Caroline served as a director at a financial services firm, leading a 30-person department that provided outsourced accounting services, financial statement preparation, policies and controls documentation, vendor selection, controller and CFO services, and family office support for high-net-worth clients.
