Chandra is a managing director in Citrin Cooperman’s Digital Services Practice where she oversees solution architecture and leads client engagement for complex enterprise Salesforce and Applied AI programs. She is a certified Salesforce FDE AI Practitioner and brings more than 13 years of experience on the Salesforce platform, backed by 18 Salesforce certifications and a focus on AI-driven, multi-cloud transformation. Before consulting, Chandra spent years in engineering, product management, and supply chain roles, which gives her a practical, business-first view of how technology is utilized.

Chandra's areas of focus include agentic AI and platform solution architecture for multi-cloud Salesforce implementations, and integrations with legacy systems. Chandra has guided clients through complex business challenges in a wide range of industries, including retail, entertainment and hospitality, manufacturing and high tech. Chandra has led complex projects to bring AI agents into live, customer-facing channels at a global scale, and provides full-platform Salesforce support spanning sales, service, data, marketing, and CPQ. She pairs strategic vision with technical expertise and deep business process knowledge, aligning business challenges with client objectives and building lasting, valuable client relationships. Chandra also works with prospective clients, helping them define a clear vision and practical roadmap for their Salesforce and AI investments.

Previously, Chandra served as a program architect at Rosetree Solutions, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026. In that role, she oversaw the architecture and delivery of large, multi-cloud Salesforce programs, guiding cross-functional teams and serving as a strategic support provider to client leadership from strategy through launch, work that helped Rosetree earn 2027 Salesforce Partner of the Year for the FDE Practice. Before that, Chandra spent 18 years at a global manufacturer of fiber optic and energy infrastructure products, where she held roles across engineering, product management, supply chain, and IT.
