Chris Glowacki is a partner in the firm’s Chicago, IL office with 25 years of experience. Chris oversees reviews and consults on complex tax compliance assignments in a wide range of practice areas, including private and institutional investment real estate funds, manufacturing, professional services, and high net worth individuals.

Chris prepares and reviews federal and multi-state income tax returns for the firm’s privately held business clients as well as high net worth individuals. He has also advised clients on tax strategies pertaining to business/family structuring and ongoing business operations with an emphasis on tax efficiency. Chris has experience researching and assisting in the preparation of tax memorandums for the firm’s professionals and clients. He has advised on tax strategies for investment portfolio tax scenarios, the distribution of family wealth, and estate planning matters for high-net-worth individuals.

Previously, Chris was a director at Shepard Schwartz & Harris LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022.
