Christine Meller is a director in the firm's Philadelphia office with over 10 years of public accounting experience. She provides tax planning, consulting, and compliance services, working directly with clients to address their specific needs.
Christine advises real estate funds, alternative investment funds, and closely-held businesses and their owners on all aspects their business and tax needs. Her experience includes complex debt and equity transactions, interpreting partnership agreements, and working with clients to take advantage of tax credits. She also consults on issues such as tax due diligence and structuring for both acquisitions and dispositions of entities.
Christine has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state departments of taxation in connection with tax examinations.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Christine held tax roles at local, national, and Big Four accounting firms.
