Christopher McLane is a partner in the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice and is based in the New York office.

Chris leads Citrin Cooperman’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice’s healthcare transactions team, which focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and represents buyers, investors, owners, and operators involved in middle market transactions.

As a seasoned healthcare M&A professional, Chris has a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing healthcare organizations. His experience includes a variety of sectors, such as medical and dental practices, ambulatory service centers, physical therapy and rehabilitation facilities, behavioral health centers, long-term care and assisted-living facilities, and home health providers.

With over 15 years in accounting and finance, including three at Big Four firms, Chris possesses a comprehensive understanding of financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation methodologies specific to healthcare entities. He has built a reputation for his proactive approach to client engagement, his meticulous attention to detail, and his strategic insights.

Chris is a respected speaker and thought leader in the healthcare M&A space and is frequently invited to share insights and expertise at industry conferences, seminars, and webinars.
