EXPERIENCE

Craig is a partner in Citrin Cooperman's Digital Services Practice. He is an experienced technology leader with more than 15 years across applied AI, enterprise strategy, and the Salesforce platform. Craig approaches digital transformation from an operator's perspective, shaped by years spent running a business. His focus is on building technology that holds up in production and produces measurable commercial results.

Craig works with clients across retail, consumer goods, high tech, manufacturing, and hospitality, offering guidance on Salesforce strategy and implementation, and the design and deployment of AI agents. He has led enterprise programs for nationally recognized consumer and retail brands, including large-scale agent deployments that have produced measurable pipelines and revenue. Craig serves on Salesforce's Agentforce Partner Advisory Board, one of 18 members selected to help on the direction of the Agentforce product and partner ecosystem, and he is a multiple-time Dreamforce speaker. He holds 10 Salesforce certifications and is a Salesforce Certified Application Architect.

Previously, Craig co-founded Rosetree Solutions, a Salesforce, Anthropic, and OpenAI partner, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026. As managing partner, he led delivery, operations, and the firm's applied AI practice, growing the business to approximately 60 professionals across the United States and Latin America. Under his leadership, Rosetree earned Salesforce Summit Partner status, a 2025 Partner Innovation Award for its Agentforce work, and 2026 Partner of the Year for the FDE Practice, as well as becoming one of the first consulting firms to work with Anthropic and OpenAI. Earlier in his career, Craig served as chief financial officer of a family-owned business, where he led finance, operations, and technology through a period of significant growth.
