Danny is an audit partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Financial Services practice. He has extensive experience serving clients in the financial services industry, with a focus on broker-dealers, hedge funds, and private equity funds. His current responsibilities include providing audit services to broker-dealers and alternative investments funds, their management companies, and owners.

Danny specializes in audit services for financial services clients such as broker-dealers, hedge funds and private equity funds. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with broker-dealers, as well as technical accounting matters related to financial products, including derivatives, SEC reporting, and other complex accounting transactions.

Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Danny spent 23 years with KPMG focusing on financial institutions, providing internal control and financial statement audits in accordance with PCAOB and U.S. GAAP requirements, including internal controls over financial reporting. Danny served several of KPMG’s leading global financial institutions. He played a key role in leading and instructing the coordination of global engagement teams in more than 30 locations.
