Experience
David is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s National Assurance Office and is the Partner in Charge of Quality. David is an experienced professional with over 29 years in auditing and accounting.
David has extensive experience leading the quality control function, directing large implementation projects and developing team members. He is skilled in working collaboratively with all individuals in an organization to solve complex auditing and accounting issues. He has designed operating procedures to ensure compliance with relevant authoritative standards and interpretations, managed peer review processes, and directed assurance department training efforts.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, David worked at a national accounting firm as the partner in charge of quality control. Preceding his work in quality control, David served clients in various industries including real estate, construction, manufacturing and distribution and not-for-profit organizations. He has also worked as an Internal Audit Manager and a Director of Accounting – Revenue at publicly-held companies.
