David is a partner in Citrin Cooperman's Digital Services Practice, where he helps companies turn their Salesforce and AI investments into real business value, from modernizing how they sell to and serve customers to putting AI agents to work alongside their teams. He ties every technology decision to the outcomes executives care about most — growth, customer experience, and efficiency.

David helps clients across the retail and consumer goods, hospitality and entertainment, and manufacturing sectors with enterprise technology strategy, data and integration, and AI. His approach balances the art of the possible with the art of the practical. He believes the most important work happens before a project begins, so he works with executive teams to define transformation roadmaps, architect the solution, and accurately scope engagements that are set up to succeed from day one. An early advocate for agentic AI, he helps B2B and B2C organizations move initiatives out of the pilot stage and into production, including AI agents working across chat, voice, and back-office workflows.

David co-founded Rosetree Solutions in 2013 with his brother, Craig Rosenbaum, and led the firm's go-to-market, presales architecture and solutioning, and channel and alliance partnerships. During his tenure, Rosetree grew to approximately 60 professionals across the United States and Latin America, achieved Salesforce Summit Partner status, and earned a 2025 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award and 2026 Salesforce Partner of the Year recognition for its FDE Practice. David also built the alliances that made Rosetree an inaugural launch partner for both Anthropic and OpenAI before the firm joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026.
