Douglas has a proven track record of successfully driving strategic and tactical IT initiatives from concept to completion. He is known for his hands-on experience in software design, architecture, business analysis, development, and project management, employing both modern and traditional technologies in Waterfall and Agile environments. Furthermore, he is an exceptionally strong communicator, skilled at conveying complex technical and strategic information clearly and concisely to audiences at all levels within an organization.

Before joining Citrin Cooperman, Douglas worked as a senior manager for a firm that provided communications infrastructure solutions.
