Edward is a consultant in Citrin Cooperman’s Commercial Tax Services Practice. Ed is a certified public accountant and holds a master’s degree in taxation. He has a strong background in tax planning, consulting, and compliance for corporate, partnerships, and individual clients.

Ed is experienced in accounting and complex tax issues affecting businesses and individuals and services clients in a wide variety of industries, including professional services, wholesale distribution, and manufacturing. He has worked extensively providing tax planning strategies and compliance for closely held businesses and high net-worth individuals. In addition, he has represented clients in Internal Revenue Service examinations as well as examinations at the state and local levels.
