Ellen Rosenbaum is a partner at Citrin Cooperman. She has nearly 30 years of experience in the information technology field.

The “people” side of technology is Ellen’s primary focus. She provides application support to clients, develops division goals and strategies, manages the back office, and serves as a flexible resource for a wide array of ongoing client projects and company initiatives. Ellen’s responsibilities include managing technical staff, overseeing client support services, and formulating quality assurance procedures. She is always looking for new and creative ways to ensure both client satisfaction and staff enthusiasm, and strives for excellence in the delivery of service.

Ellen served as both chief operating officer and director of client services at RCS, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2015.

Prior to joining RCS in 1993, Ellen worked at the Ciba-Geigy Corporation for 14 years. She began her career in Ciba-Geigy’s research laboratories. Later, she worked in their scientific systems group where, for eight years, she performed needs analysis for a variety of applications (including research, compliance, and human resource management), and designed and programmed systems and databases to meet those needs. The systematic approach to problem-solving that Ellen honed at Ciba-Geigy, combined with her innate ability to understand the larger picture, prepared her for her challenging, unique, and multi-faceted position at Citrin Cooperman.
