Eric Herburger is a managing director in the Real Estate Practice Group with over 10 years of public accounting experience. He works with family/closely held business providing tax planning and compliance services in areas that include residential and commercial real estate, foreign real estate, hospitality, and condominium management.

Eric has significant experience providing a variety of services including tax planning and compliance services to partnerships, corporations, trusts, and individuals; reviewing, and analyzing the tax implications of foreign investments for U.S. taxpayers; and advising on business structuring to minimize tax and exposure to the U.S. tax system as well as the impact of pending and new tax laws and regulations to assist in tax planning. In addition, Eric provides and reviews federal, state, and foreign filings for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
