Fred has extensive experience in partnership and corporate taxation, including transaction structuring and tax compliance for large multinational companies and large family owned businesses. Fred specializes in the government contracting, technology and real estate industries.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Fred was a director in the tax department at a local accounting firm.
