Galina is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Commercial Tax Services Practice. She has more than 20 years of accounting and tax experience, working with high-net-worth individuals, organizations, S corporations, and limited liability companies in a number of industries, including real estate, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services. Galina provides federal and multi-state tax compliance and consulting services in relation to complex tax returns, including projections and voluntary disclosures of offshore accounts. She also represents clients in federal and state income tax examinations.

Galina returned to Citrin Cooperman following her tenure at Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd. (ORBA), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2025. Her return marks a seamless continuation of her professional journey, now enriched by the integration of ORBA’s legacy and resources into Citrin Cooperman’s dynamic platform.
