Gary Karlitz brings more than 40 years of experience as a consultant in the firm's Valuation and Forensic Services Practice. He provides a wide range of forensic and valuation services in the areas of shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, matrimonial disputes, economic damage analysis, corporate recoveries, and intellectual property disputes.
Gary negotiates in mergers and acquisitions matters and in divorce proceedings on behalf of his clients, for whom he also provides comprehensive accounting, taxation, and valuation support. He also has extensive experience serving as a court-appointed referee and neutral valuator, and frequently testifies as an expert witness in federal and state courts.
