Experience

Glenn Mechanick is a director in the firm's New Jersey office. With over 35 years of experience, Glenn advises public and privately-held companies and individuals on a range of complex tax planning strategies in the areas of federal tax, state and local tax, tax controversies and representation before tax authorities, and estate and trust planning.

Glenn works with corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, employee benefit plans, not-for-profit organizations, private foundations, and individuals on their tax and/or strategic goals planning and projections. He has significant experience resolving tax controversies and disputes, having represented clients in IRS, state, and local examinations. Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Glenn served as a leader in the tax department of a New Jersey-based accounting firm.
