Experience

Harper is a director in the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Practice. Harper has 15 years of accounting, auditing, and consulting experience with a focus on manufacturing and distribution clients. Before he joined Citrin Cooperman, Harper was a senior manager at a top 100 accounting and advisory firm.

As a member of the TAS team, Harper acts as a lead on various financial due diligence projects for both buy-side and sell-side clients, including quality of earnings, net working capital analysis, and additional special projects. Prior to joining the TAS team, Harper worked as an external auditor of privately held businesses and not-for-profit organizations, acting as a business insight resource for his clients throughout the audit process.
