Heather Green-Kirk is a tax partner in the firm's White Plains office with over 25 years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in tax compliance services, income tax accounting matters, and consults on US federal and state tax minimization strategies for her clients.
Heather has experience working on complex transactions and business issues facing both public and privately-held multinational companies. She has served clients in the retail and consumer, wholesale and luxury goods, manufacturing, real estate, and food and beverage industries.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Heather was a tax director in PwC's Private Company Services in the New York Metro Region.
