Heather Spillman is a partner in the firm's New York office and a co-leader of the Healthcare Advisory practice. She works with various clients in the health care industry, including payers, providers, and employer clients across strategy, clinical, and technical teams. Heather works with these clients to create and execute strategic programs and initiatives to drive sustainable change throughout their organization.

Heather has experience providing health care clients with various services including strategic planning, network optimization, population health strategy, care management strategy, analytics strategy, and M&A strategy. She has worked with clients to help them develop short and long term organizational strategies, including network development, service line development/optimization, and physician alignment.

Heather assisted a Fortune 10 client with developing a strategy to address rising health care premiums by introducing new health and wellness programs.
