Heyam Janell is a tax partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Providence, Rhode Island office with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting.
Heyam is also the firm's tax operations leader and co-chairs the tax quality contol committee. In these positions, among other things, Heyam helps mitigate risk to the firm as well as leads the tax team in due diligence of firms that join Citrin Cooperman.
Heyam focuses on serving high net worth individuals and their trusts, helping them to reach their financial goals and fulfill their maximum potential. Nurturing and growing personal relationships with clients is important to her, as helping clients understand the complexities of tax law is an integral part of being a trusted advisor. Heyam works together with her clients to help them achieve for their goals, so they can concentrate on what is important to them.
Previously, Heyam was a tax principal at LGC+D, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2016.
