Jake is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Assurance Services Practice with over eight years of public accounting experience specializing integrated audits, financial statement audits, and financial statement reviews in the retail and professional services industries. His experience ranges from working with large, SEC-registered, multinational organizations to private domestic organizations.

Jake has a deep understanding of internal controls, business acquisitions, and impairment testing. He has worked closely with VP-level finance leaders and chief accounting officers to deliver high-quality financial reporting and guidance on technical accounting matters. He is adept at managing large, cross-functional teams and coordinating with tax, IT, and valuation professionals to ensure an accurate and timely delivery of audit deliverables. Known for his problem-solving skills, Jake has also implemented automation and data analytics tools, including Copilot, Gemini, Alteryx, and Power BI, to enhance audit efficiency and insight generation for his clients.

Before joining Citrin Cooperman, Jake was a senior manager at a Big Four accounting firm.
