James V. Lynch, a valuation and forensic services consultant, brings more than 30 years of experience specializing in the areas of measurement of economic damages, alleged copyright infringement, asset and income search for marital disputes, embezzlement, and bankruptcy. He is also qualified as an expert witness before the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Illinois courts.
In addition to his forensic accounting experience, Jim provides business valuation services to his clients, in industries including the professional services, manufacturing, retail, construction, and technology industries. He also has a deep understanding in matters regarding construction litigation through having provided accounting and audit services to contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, and other construction companies.
