James E. Rowen is a tax director in the firm's Philadelphia office. He has over 30 years of experience providing accounting, audit, and tax services to small and middle-market businesses in various industries. 

Jim's areas of expertise include financial reporting, tax planning and preparation, and review of corporate and individual taxes, for individuals and businesses in home services, manufacturing, professional services, medical practices, real estate, and restaurants.

Previously, Jim worked at at D&H Global Tax Group, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2018.
