Experience

Bo is a director at Citrin Cooperman and is based out of the firm’s Owings Mills, MD office. With over 30 years of experience, Bo has worked as both a property tax consultant and a commercial assessor for the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation. He learned commercial valuation at a very young age and progressed to working on some of the biggest retail and commercial properties across the United States. Although his specialty is retail, he has vast experience in the office, multi-family, industrial, and hospitality sectors. He is also knowledgeable in investment valuation and due diligence for commercial investors.

Most recently, Bo was a principal in the State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice at Clearview Group, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024.
