Jennifer Thiel is a managing director with more than 20 years of financial services experience, including 18 years working exclusively in the single and multi-family office space. She has extensive experience in high net worth financial reporting, hedge fund performance analysis, and alternative investment compliance.

Previously, Jennifer was a Senior Manager at EY in the Private Client Services | Family Office Services group for six years. Preceding EY, she was a Director at Rockdale Capital, a single-family office serving three generations for 12 years in accounting, financial reporting, insurance, tax, legal, investments, and finding technological approaches to support those services. She began her career at KPMG in both the audit and tax practice.
