John is a managing director and chief engineer at Citrin Cooperman, based out of the New York office. He has over 25 years of government contracting experience in engineering development, program management, business development, finance, design-to-cost, and competitive Intelligence/Price-To-Win. His domain areas of expertise include missile defense, airborne systems, C2, C4ISR, Enterprise IT, Mission IT, and training systems. John has facilitated over 100 Black Hats and led over 200+ PTW engagements across the government space. Before joining McNulty, John worked for Lockheed Martin, from 2003 to 2016.
