John Harrison is a tax director in Citrin Cooperman’s New York City office within the firm’s Income Tax Accounting and Advisory Services Practice. He is a versatile, experienced professional with over 30 years of experience providing income tax compliance and consulting services to both publicly traded and privately held companies.

John’s experience covers a broad range of tax-related services, including federal tax, multi-state income tax, franchise tax, sales and use tax, and international tax. He also has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, and compensation and benefits issues.

Prior to his position at Citrin Cooperman, John was a tax director at several large accounting firms.
