Joe is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Tax Practice and co-managing partner of the firm's Chicago, IL offices, bringing many decades of experience delivering strategic tax solutions. He specializes in guiding clients through a variety of corporate, partnership, and individual tax matters.
Previously, Joe was the chief executive officer and managing director of Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd. (ORBA), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2025. In this role, he focused on shaping and implementing ORBA’s strategic plan to propel innovation, expand service capabilities, and foster growth within the firm. He led the firm’s continued advancement in the shifting landscape of professional services while prioritizing practical solutions, unrivaled value, positive workplace culture, and exceptional service.
