Josh is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Digital Services Practice. He has 15 years of Salesforce experience and holds more than 28 Salesforce certifications. He designs Salesforce solutions that connect sales, service, and marketing teams around a single view of the customer. His experience runs from hands-on CRM administration to enterprise solution architecture.

Josh focuses on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Connect integrations that let marketers use Salesforce data to build automated, personalized customer journeys in Journey Builder. He works with middle-market and enterprise clients in industries including hospitality, technology, and retail. His recent work includes helping a restaurant-reservation platform implement Agentforce, Salesforce's AI agent platform, for customer service. Previously, Josh was a senior solution architect and team lead at Rosetree Solutions, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026. His past experience also includes serving as an architect for a Salesforce solutions partner, where he solved complex business problems through cloud, data, and integration work. Earlier in his career, he was a CRM project coordinator for a full-service mortgage banking company, where he helped support mortgage lending operations. Josh also worked as a CRM coordinator for a healthcare IT solutions provider, where he led data stewardship, built reports and dashboards, and managed day-to-day Salesforce access.
