Joshua is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Tax Practice based out of the Providence office. Josh is an experienced professional with over 22 years in tax and accounting.
Josh is a CPA, and has provided a wide variety of accounting and tax services to privately owned businesses, non-profit organizations, individuals, and corporation and individual fund investors. He has a strong focus on GAAP and tax reporting relating to investment funds, including compliance issues, IRS and state notices, foreign filings, and reporting under ASC 740.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Josh worked at Edelstein & Company as a Senior Manager.
