Kadir is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Private Client Services Practice. Kadir has over 25 years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trustees of estates and trusts, real estate investment companies, real estate management companies, homeowner associations, HUD projects, retirement plans, professional services providers, start-ups and not-for-profit organizations.
Kadir specializes in providing accounting, tax planning and compliance services to closely held businesses and their owners. Kadir has extensive experience leading audit, review and compilation engagements, preparing and reviewing all of the necessary tax filings, and performing tax and accounting research. In addition, he has been involved with representing clients in corresponding with the IRS and various state departments of revenue.
Previously, Kadir was a senior tax manager at Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd. (ORBA), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2025.

Kadir is not afraid to take on new challenges that come his way, whether it is a new business engagement or the challenges of learning three Chinese dialects and coaching his sons’ basketball teams. He has enjoyed traveling to the Far East as well as 35 of the 50 states. He loves to read in his spare time and also enjoys playing pickleball and assisting friends in acquiring rental properties.
