Experience
Kate Olerich is a partner in the firm’s Chicago, IL office, focusing primarily on clients involved in manufacturing and distribution and real estate – management companies and owners, operators, and funds with assets in the residential and industrial markets.
Kate has significant experience in the areas of accounting and auditing, including preparing financial statements, reviews, compilations, assisting clients with questions regarding potential accounting and auditing issues affecting business operations, and researching and preparing memorandums for the firm’s professionals and its clients relating to corporate and partnership accounting and auditing.
Kate has also experience working on 401k and other profit-sharing plan audits for clients in a variety of industries. Clients rely on her responsive demeanor and strong work ethic to get the job done correctly and efficiently.
Previously, Kate was a partner at Shepard Schwartz & Harris LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022.
