Kelsey is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s State and Local Tax Practice and is based out of the Owings Mills, MD office. She is an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in sales and use tax, gross receipts and excise tax, and personal property tax.

Kelsey is a CPA, providing a wide variety of indirect tax consulting and compliance services to clients across many industries including software, advertising, manufacturing, leasing, pharmaceuticals, and more. Kelsey specializes in sales and use tax nexus and exposure reviews, reverse audits (refund reviews), voluntary disclosures, state and local audit defense, and tax law research and interpretation. Kelsey focuses on understanding the client’s business, which allows her to help the client implement appropriate, business-conducive avenues for compliance in the ever-evolving area of indirect tax.

Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Kelsey worked as a senior manager in the State and Local Tax Practice at Clearview Group, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024.
