Kelsey is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Practice, focused on life sciences companies. She brings 12 years of accounting and finance experience to the firm.
Kelsey offers guidance to clients on a broad range of operational accounting and finance matters, including audit and tax readiness and support, accounting system implementation, management financial reporting, preparing budgets and long-range forecasts, complex equity transactions, and the design of scalable accounting best practices and policies. She has supported clients through the full startup lifecycle, from seed stage through initial public offering (IPO) preparation. Her expertise also extends to clinical trial and manufacturing accounting and stock-based compensation.
Previously, Kelsey was a director for over six years at Browne Consulting, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026. Prior to that, Kelsey was an audit manager in the assurance practice of a local accounting firm, where she served clients in industries ranging from SaaS to manufacturing and worked with startups and venture-backed companies.
