Ken is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice. With over 35 years of experience, Ken specializes in helping business owners solve complex challenges and maximize the value of their enterprises.
Ken’s approach begins with conducting thorough financial and operational assessments to identify the key drivers of success for each business. He then builds tailored financial models, enabling owners and management teams to track performance and benchmark their progress as they grow. These insights prepare businesses to react effectively to both internal and external factors, ensuring they can pivot and continue their growth even in challenging environments.
Ken also brings extensive experience in buy-side and sell-side readiness, debt and equity execution, sourcing financing, due diligence, and exit planning. His hands-on, results-driven approach ensures that businesses are ready for whatever challenges or opportunities come their way.
Ken’s extensive experience in credit, structured finance, and lending empowers businesses to navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence. He has orchestrated over 150 transactions, driving accelerated growth and optimized financial health for a portfolio of deals exceeding $20 billion.

In his free time, Ken is adapting to empty nesting, learning new subjects, and playing tennis and golf. He hopes he and his wife, Traci, can continue traveling to their growing list of destinations.
