Kevin is a Director in Citrin Cooperman’s Cannabis Advisory Services practice. He uses more than 30 years of experience from Big 4 accounting and Wall Street to support cannabis businesses with fractional CFO work, such as helping companies prepare for either side of an M&A transaction, assistance with projections, and investor presentation. He also provides audit/IPO readiness services and technical accounting advisory services.

Kevin is actively involved in numerous cannabis networking groups across the country, especially in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. He is engaged with numerous cannabis organizations such as the Tri Coast Cannabis Chamber of Commerce and is the founder of the Tri State Cannabis Networking Group that has over 350 members across the country.

Kevin spent 12 years with Big 4 accounting firms such as EY and KPMG. He spent his last two years with KPMG in its National Office advising on M&A, debt, restructuring, IPO preparation and SEC reporting issues. He was a CFO of a public company, NYFiX, before it was sold. Kevin worked 17 years as a credit analyst with Moody’s Investors Service covering cannabis, tobacco, CPG, retail, and manufacturing companies. Kevin spent a year as a Fractional CFO with Seaton Hill Partners, leading its cannabis practice. He is an adjunct professor at Fairfield University teaching financial and cost accounting.
