Kevin is a partner in the International Tax Services Practice at Citrin Cooperman. Kevin is an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience providing international tax advisory and compliance services to multinational corporations and high net worth individuals. Kevin has helped guide clients through U.S. tax provisions, including Sections 951A (GILTI), 250 (FDII), 59A (BEAT), and 245A (foreign dividends received deduction), among others.
Kevin provides a wide variety of services, including U.S. tax compliance services for both inbound and outbound multinationals, buy-side and sell-side structuring and due diligence services, income tax treaty analysis, withholding tax issues, and repatriation planning.
Kevin works with companies in a wide variety of industries and jurisdictions.
Before joining Citrin Cooperman, Kevin worked in the international tax practice at another public accounting firm that specializes in serving middle-market clients.
