Laurie Sagherian is Citrin Cooperman’s Associate General Counsel and is based out of the firm’s Maryland office. She has over 10 years of experience in legal and compliance-related developments and creating and implementing policies to streamline existing processes.

Laurie’s areas of expertise span from interpreting rules from governmental regulatory agencies and preparing relevant guidance to creating and implementing efficient policies and service-level agreements in order to improve the contracting process. She has substantial experience in keeping a pulse on major legal and compliance-related developments in order to maintain the firm’s agility in a constantly developing regulatory landscape.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Laurie was the VP of Regulatory Counsel at Morgan Stanley. Her background includes several Big 4 accounting firms and government experience.
